The Ruby Bay Joinery Team
Ruby Bay Joinery is owned by Colin & Ruth Roberts and Wayne and Dinah Roberts.

Ruth and Colin Roberts
After leaving school, Colin completed his joinery apprenticeship and over the next 45 years he has worked in the industry in various roles a joinery manufacturer, a house builder, a ten year stint in engineering, 15 years as a Joinery Polytech Tutor in Invercargill, and at one stage, was the host of a home handy-man radio show. Colin and Ruth decided to move to Nelson to have a go at orcharding. However, he decided to go with what he knew best, and hence, Ruby Bay Joinery was born. Ruth assisted Colin with the bookwork for the company. They now live in Ruby Bay, semi-retired, enjoying family and grandchildren.

Wayne married Dinah in 1998, who for the last five years has had the thrill of doing the company accounts from home. They live in Ruby Bay and have been blessed with three girls and one boy.
